Is it safe to go to a gym right now?

We are taking the COVID-19 pandemic very seriously, and have implemented policy, schedule, and logistic changes to reduce the spread of the virus. Social distancing is our top priority, and all classes are conducted with that in mind. Equipment and facilities are cleaned and disinfected rigorously, and we have removed communal items to prevent cross-contamination. Furthermore research indicates that people who regularly exercise are less likely to contract COVID-19, so we think fitness coaching in a clean facility that prioritizes your health and safety is a great idea!

Where is Henosis Health and Fitness located?

We are located at 500 N. Oakland Ave. in Carbondale at the former Army National Guard complex. We are in the north warehouse behind the main armory building. There are many other businesses in the complex, so don’t be confused if you see a bunch of other signs as well.

Where should I park/how do I find the gym?

Primary parking for CrossFit Henosis will be the large lot at the corner of Sycamore and Helen St. There are other parking lots on the complex, but those are reserved for our neighboring businesses. Turn on Helen St. off Sycamore to enter through the open gate and park in the large fenced-in parking lot.

To get to the gym, you will walk around either side of the large warehouse that you see. We are located in the warehouse directly across (to the north) of it.

What programs do you offer?

We currently offer CrossFit coaching, Precision Nutrition coaching, and Sports Enhancement. To learn more about each program and determine which would be the best fit for you, click here.

How much does it cost for coaching at Henosis?

We generally like to meet with people before we discuss pricing so we can be sure we are recommending the program that best meets your needs. But we also want to be up front and make sure that our coaching programs fit within your fitness and wellness budget.

Unlimited CrossFit coaching is $160 per month, with no contracts, commitments, or fees.

Personalized nutrition coaching is $119/month. Precision Nutrition coaching is intended for creating positive lifestyle changes, and is therefore a 12-month commitment.

Sports Enhancement sessions will vary in price. Our next session is a 4 week Power and Conditioning Cycle, and costs $160 per athlete.

Why is fitness coaching more expensive than other gym memberships?

When you’re a member at Henosis, you’re getting so much more than just access to a gym! Your membership includes:

-thoughtful, effective workouts programmed for you daily

-encouragement and coaching from experienced trainers

-a supportive community atmosphere

-the structure and support to reach your specific goals.
