As a member of CFH, you won’t be just another sweaty face in a gym! You will be part of a community of people, working to improve their own lives and the lives of people around them. We will be invested in your goals, whether that’s to get in better shape, lose weight, or just be able to move comfortably and move without pain.
CrossFit Henosis offers unlimited fitness coaching for $160 per month. There are no sign-up fees or contracts, all memberships are month-to-month. Your membership includes
- thoughtful, effective, constantly varied daily workout programming. You won’t have to think about what to do at the gym today, we’ve already thought of something that will give you a great workout in a short timeframe.
- unlimited group classes led by knowledgeable, encouraging trainers. Our trainers and staff will focus on ensuring your safety above all else, by making sure you are using proper technique before progressing to more complicated movements or heavier weights. Additionally, trainers will coach you through the workouts and encourage you to reach your fitness goals.
- access to our programming app to easily keep track of your work and progress. You’ll know exactly how much faster you’re running and better you’re moving because you can easily search previous workouts to see your scores.
- skill and healthy habit development through monthly clinics.
- one-on-one support with our trainers through quarterly goal check-ins, to make sure you’re feeling focused, supported, and motivated in all the ways you need.

As a lifelong athlete, lead trainer Nathan Bressner knows a thing or two about training for specific-sports goals. His time as a Student Strength and Conditioning Coach at Illinois State University and his experiences with CrossFit have equipped him with a wide array of coaching tools to help every athlete take their abilities to the next level. Whether our students need to work on speed, agility, power, conditioning, or strength, this sports-specific coaching program is going to get them there. Every drill and workout are adjustable to make sure that each athlete gets challenged in exactly the right ways.
