One of the great things about CrossFit membership is that the workouts are programmed for you! You don’t have to worry about knowing what kinds of exercises to do or how long to do them for; our certified trainers will lead you through planned movements, and help you scale them to your ability level if needed.

CrossFit is about more than strength. Our programming seeks to improve your overall fitness by programming workouts to build your cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, flexibility, power, coordination, agility, balance, accuracy, and yes, strength too! We do this by utilizing primarily short intense workouts and focusing on proper movement mechanics.

At CrossFit Henosis we believe that our clients deserve the very best programming available. Nathan has extensive knowledge and education in exercise science and athletic training, which have equipped him with the tools needed to design workouts to help athletes of every fitness level see improvements. He has gone through additional training with CrossFit (Level 2) to be even better at programming workouts that help new and experienced CrossFit athletes continue to see improvements.  CrossFit Henosis offers workout programming that is varied, thoughtful, effective, and of course fun!!
