We currently offer classes every weekday at 6am, 8am, 12pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, and 6:30pm. Saturday morning classes are at 9am, 10am, and 11am. On Sundays we offer Open Gym from 1pm-3pm.
Class times are subject to change due to events or holidays. If you are planning to drop-in, feel free to contact us ahead of time to confirm the schedule.
